Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Protocol Pass is charged as a one-time payment at purchase. You may cancel subscriptions at any time to stop future charges; cancellation does not refund the current billing period.
Digital content & withdrawal: By purchasing a subscription or Protocol Pass, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once access begins (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once access or a billing period has started, including one-time Protocol Pass purchases, except where EU or national law requires otherwise.

We collect your email and quiz responses for account creation and to deliver results and purchased content in the app. We email your protocol to you after purchase to ensure lifelong access. Our payment provider sends transaction receipts to your email. Legal basis: contract performance and, where relevant, consent. Third-party providers handle authentication, storage, payments, email delivery, and analytics; some operate outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Data is retained until you request deletion. Closing your account does not automatically delete your data. Account and payment data are necessary to provide the service.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, object, and, where consent applies, withdraw it. Most of these can be exercised in your account settings. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
